Special Notes:

Drop-off time in the morning will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
Pick-up time in the afternoon will be from 2:50 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Early Child Care is available for all children from 8:15 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Extended Child Care is available from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. between July 4 and July 15
Extended Child Care is available only to children born before July 1, 2008

18 months – 6 years old

Enrollment Requirements

Children born before July 1, 2008 must be toilet-trained
Children born before July 1, 2008 must not have separation anxiety with parents or guardians

10-Day Course

18 months – 3 years old (children born between July 1, 2008 and January 1, 2010)
129,150 yen per session Lunch fees for 10 days are included

Session 1: July 4 – July 15
Session 2: July 18 – July 29 (We will have school on July 18 – Umi no Hi)

5-Day Course

3 – 4 years old (children born between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2008)
55,125 yen per session Lunch fees for 5 days are included

Session 1: July 4 – July 8
Session 2: July 11 – July 15
Session 3: July 18 – July 22 (We will have school on July 18 – Umi no Hi)
Session 4: July 25 – July 29

10-Day Course

4 – 6 years old (children born between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2007)
103,425 yen per session Lunch fees for 9 days and excursion fees are included

Session 1: July 4 – July 15
Session 2: July 18 – July 29 (We will have school on July 18 – Umi no Hi)

Special Notes:

Children in this 10-Day Course will enjoy a one-day excursion to a fun theme-related location
Session 1 children will have their excursion on Wednesday, July 13
Session 2 children will have their excursion on Wednesday, July 27
On July 13 and July 17, children must bring a packed lunch but do not need to bring a snack

Free Bus Service

All children will be able to take advantage of our free bus service in the morning and afternoon provided that seats are available. Open seats are limited so you should sign up as soon as possible to reserve your child’s seat. If you are interested in availing of this service, please be sure to contact the school. Special Notes:

Bus stops, pick-up times and drop-off times will change after the first two weeks of Summer School.
If the school bus cannot operate due to an emergency, you will be expected to provide transportation for your child.
Please contact the school if you have questions regarding bus stops, pick-up times and drop-off times.

Free Snack Service

This will be our very first time to offer free snack service to your children every single day. However, as a health and safety precaution, KPIS can offer this special service only to children without any food allergies. If your child has a food allergy, please be sure to notify the school before your child’s first day of attendance. Children with any food allergies must bring their own snack to school every day.

Lunch Service

Kiwi Kitchen will prepare and deliver healthy lunches for your children. Lunch fees are included in the tuition, and KPIS will order the school lunches for you! This convenient service will save you lots of time in the morning! If your child has a food allergy, contact the school at least 2 weeks before your child’s first day of attendance. In this case, your child must bring his/her lunch to school every day, and lunch fees will be deducted. Likewise, if you would like to cancel this service, contact the school at least 2 weeks before your child’s first day of attendance.

Special Notes:

Children in the 10-Day Course for 18 months – 3 year olds will pay 400 yen for a Small Lunch
Children in the other courses will pay 500 yen for a Large Lunch
Lunch service is all or nothing – you can’t select days when you want and don’t want lunch

Lunch Service Menu

Thank you for all your patience while we finalized our lunch menu with Kiwi Kitchen. As you review your child’s lunch menu for Summer School below, we think you’ll like the assortment of foods from around the world that are both delicious and nutritious. In addition, we are pleased to announce that Kiwi Kitchen will give each child a small snack—which should not be confused with the snack KPIS will provide—to consume during lunch time. Kiwi Kitchen offers the following three snack choices: yogurt, cake and fruit cup. These snacks will be rotated in order to give your children (even those who attend only a week) a chance to sample various options. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office.
